READ HOW YOU BENEFIT FROM
HEY & HEY’S
12-PART CLIENT SERVICES GUARANTEE
When you hire our services, we promise you will receive...
- Close Personal Attention. We promise we will answer all your questions, meet with you as often as you wish, and do everything possible to treat you the way we like to be treated when we’re the client.
- Immediate Access. We promise we will speak with you immediately if we’re in the office and available when you call. If we’re out of the office or with a client, we will return your call as soon as we finish.
- Prompt Return Calls. We promise we will make every effort to return your phone calls promptly. If we’re in court or away from the office for another reason, we’ll return your call as quickly as we can.
- Quick Response to Your Requests. Whenever you need something from our office, please don’t hesitate to call. We promise we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
- Confidential Service. We promise when you hire us, everything we do for you is confidential. No one outside our office will know anything about your case, except those with whom we’re working to resolve your legal matter.
- Convenient Appointments. We promise to set appointments at a time and place that are convenient for you. If you prefer, we will be happy to come to your barn, office or home.
- Fair and Reasonable Fees. When you hire our services, you are not paying for a penthouse suite of offices or a huge support staff of secretaries and assistants. We keep close watch on our overhead and regularly monitor our fees to make sure they are fair and reasonable for both of us.
- Current Knowledge. We work hard to maintain the highest level of knowledge in equine law. We eagerly attend continuing seminars, workshops and roundtables so we stay up to date on the newest laws and latest court decisions.
- Competent Services. The seminars and workshops we attend allow us to provide you with the latest information, most effective techniques, and most efficient methods so you receive the full legal protection the law allows.
- Aggressive Representation. Most lawyers are not trial attorneys. So when a conflict arises that requires court appearances, they often send the case to another lawyer. Since Randy is a trial lawyer, he will gladly represent you in court if we cannot resolve your matter in another way. One thing is for sure: We will help you every step of the way.
- Value in Every Respect. Our goal is to make sure you feel the value you receive from us is always greater than the fee you pay. So while we can’t guarantee our fees will always be low, we can guarantee they will always be fair. We want you to receive more value from us than any other lawyer you know. And we’ll work hard to make sure you do.
- More Than You Expect. If you think of some way we can provide you with better service, or better meet your needs, please tell us how. Even though we work together on your legal matter, still, we’re not mind readers. If you have something troubling you -- or if you have a concern or a problem -- please discuss it with us. If we can help you, we will. And if we can’t help you, we may know someone who can. A good lawyer-client relationship deals with all types of problems, not just legal problems. So if something crosses your mind and you want our input, we will be happy to help you.

If you already have an issue, we will review the facts of your case, and give you a clear understanding of your legal rights. We will explain the entire process so you know exactly what to expect from beginning to end.
If you have come to us to prevent future problems, we will explain to you the options available to protect yourself and your business.
Please Don’t Delay.
California state law requires that you act by certain deadlines, called the Statute of Limitations. If you fail to act within those deadlines, the law will not allow you recover damages.
